Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. No hidden charges - what you see is what you pay!
- Processing Time: Orders for our Ayurvedic products are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation. We ensure careful packaging to maintain product quality during transit.

Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune): 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Other Locations: 7-10 business days
Note: Delivery times may be extended during festivals, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Order Tracking: Once your Ayurvedic products are shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email. You can track your order in real-time to know exactly when your products will arrive.
- Cash on Delivery (CoD): Available for orders above ₹500. CoD charges may apply as per our policy. Please have exact change ready for CoD orders.
- Packaging: All our Ayurvedic products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition, maintaining their purity and efficacy.
International Shipping
We ship our authentic Ayurvedic products worldwide to help you access natural wellness solutions:
- Shipping Charges: International orders are charged at ₹3,000 per kilogram. The final shipping cost will be calculated based on the total weight of your order. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

- USA, UK, Canada: 10-15 business days
- Middle East Countries: 8-12 business days
- European Countries: 12-18 business days
- Other Countries: 12-20 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance and local postal services.
- Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the local customs authority or delivery service.
- Import Regulations: Some countries may have restrictions on importing herbal or Ayurvedic products. Please check your local regulations and import policies before placing an order. We are not responsible for products held or rejected by customs.
- International Tracking: You will receive tracking information for international orders, though tracking details may be limited once the package enters your country's postal system.
Order Processing Steps
Here's what happens after you place an order for our Ayurvedic products:
- Order Confirmation: You receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order details
- Payment Verification: For prepaid orders, payment is verified (usually instant)
- Order Processing: We carefully prepare and pack your Ayurvedic products (1-2 business days)
- Shipping: Your order is dispatched via our logistics partner Shiprocket
- Tracking Information: You receive tracking details via WhatsApp and email
- Delivery: Your Ayurvedic products arrive at your doorstep!
Shipping Address Requirements
To ensure smooth delivery of your Ayurvedic products, please provide:
- Complete and accurate shipping address
- Correct PIN code
- Valid phone number for delivery coordination
- Landmark or directions if your address is difficult to locate
Important: We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect, incomplete, or changed addresses. Please verify your address before confirming your order.
Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts to deliver your Ayurvedic products:
- If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be held at the local courier office
- You will be contacted via phone/SMS to arrange re-delivery
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts
- If the package remains unclaimed for 30 days, it may be returned to our warehouse
- Once returned, the order may be cancelled and refunded (excluding shipping charges)
Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your Ayurvedic products are damaged during transit or lost:
- Contact Us Immediately: Reach out to us at +91 7277188885 or support@groayurveda.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date)
- Provide Details: Share your order number, photos of damaged package (if applicable), and description of the issue
- Investigation: We will investigate the issue with our shipping partner
- Resolution: We will either replace the order at no additional cost or provide a full refund, including shipping charges
- Timeline: Resolution typically takes 5-7 business days after we receive your complaint
Holiday and Festival Shipping
During festivals, holidays, or peak seasons (Diwali, New Year, etc.):
- Processing and delivery times may be extended
- We recommend placing orders well in advance during these periods
- We will notify you of any delays via email or SMS
- We appreciate your patience during these busy periods
Multiple Products in One Order
If your order contains multiple Ayurvedic products:
- All items will be shipped together in one package when possible
- If items are shipped separately, you will receive separate tracking numbers
- Shipping charges are calculated based on total weight of all products
- Free shipping applies to the entire order if eligible
