When Returns Are Not Possible

To ensure product safety and hygiene, returns are not possible in the following cases:

  • Used or Opened Products: Ayurvedic products that have been opened, used, consumed, or tampered with cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Time Limit Exceeded: Return requests made outside the specified 7-day time frame from delivery
  • Damaged Packaging: Products with tampered, damaged, or missing seals, serial numbers, price tags, or labels
  • Customer Damage: Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer
  • Personalized Items: Customized or personalized Ayurvedic products cannot be returned
  • Expired Products: Products that have passed their expiry date (we ensure all products are fresh, but please check expiry dates upon delivery)

How to Initiate a Return

Returning your Ayurvedic product is simple. Follow these steps:

  • Provide Details: Share your order number, product name, and reason for return
  • Get Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return authorization
  • Pack Securely: Pack the product securely in its original packaging (if available) with all labels and seals intact
  • Ship Back: Ship the product back to our address as instructed by our customer service team
  • Receive Refund: Once we receive and verify the returned product, your refund will be processed

Return Time Frame

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your Ayurvedic product. The product must be received by us within 14 days of the return request approval. This ensures product freshness and quality standards.

Refund Process for Cash-on-Delivery (CoD) Orders

For Cash-on-Delivery orders, the refund process is simple:

  • Share your bank account details (account number, IFSC code, account holder name, bank name) with our customer service team
  • Once we receive and verify the returned Ayurvedic product, the refund amount will be transferred directly to your bank account

Refund Process for Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders (Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking), refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds appear in 5-7 business days (depending on your bank)
  • UPI/Wallet: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Net Banking: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • You will receive a refund confirmation email once the refund is processed

Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges depend on the reason for return:

  • Defective/Wrong Product/Damaged in Transit: We will bear the return shipping charges - we'll arrange for pickup or reimburse your shipping costs
  • Customer Change of Mind: Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer
  • Free Shipping Orders: If you received free shipping, return shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to our error

Product Condition for Returns

To be eligible for return, Ayurvedic products must:

  • Be unopened and unused
  • Be in original packaging with all seals intact
  • Have all labels, price tags, and product information attached
  • Not be past their expiry date

Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an Ayurvedic product:

  • Return the original product following our return process
  • Place a new order for the product you want
  • Your refund will be processed separately, and you can use it for your new order
